Are activities open for bookings?

Government restrictions on activities and travel have been lifted in Turkey. In the vast majority of cases, we are therefore open for reservations . If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us!

Can I book now and cancel later?

The majority of experiences available on zenofontours.com use Flexible Cancellation Policy. You can, therefore, book now and either cancel or reschedule later AT NO COST up to 24 hours before the start of the activity.

Should you want to cancel your activity, you can do so automatically through your booking summary page. No proof or documentation from you will be required.

Cancellations are always refunded directly to your original payment method with in 5 business day.

Health and Safety measures

To protect your health and safety, as well as that of others, as Zenofon Tours family we are reorganizing our activities to comply with new local regulations.

This may involve wearing mask during some activities, limiting group sizes and/or stringent cleaning and sanitising procedures when preparing equipment.

To help instructors to provide the best health and safety practice, please be observant of the rules that they communicate to you when you take part in the activity.

It is also strongly encouraged that you attend your activity prepared with your own mask, if only for the pre and post-activity phases of your experience.
